I have pain on the left side of my body, rib cage, breast and collar bone. What could be the reason?

Get examined. It seems this is a distribution of a nerve and likely from the long thoracic nerve due to the extent of involvement up and down and not along a dermatome alone. This is probably from your cervical spine. Other things can cause this like zoster but no rashes has been mentioned. Go see your doctor and have an exam and have it explained to you.
