True there are those with teenage acne that resolves in adulthood. There are also those who continue to get acne well into adulthood. Combination therapy aimed at reducing oil production, increasing skin cell turnover, reducing inflammation and controlling infection is best. Chemical peels, laser and light treatments also help.
