The body needs time to adapt to our physical demands.
Ease into it in intervals to get the maximum benefit with rest in between. If you continue to have problems, there may be more to look into, including neurologic, inner ear, or electrolyte problems. Other causes can be heat stroke, or maybe even too much partying before running? (just kidding!).
