In brief: Debatable
There are a few articles in the literature which suggest that there may be an alcohol allergy.
Not an overwhelming amount of data.

Sometimes one can react to the base of the alcohol. As an example, boubon is generally derived from distilled corn. I have found individuals making beer allergic to malt, yeast and other ingredients used to make beer either as a skin or resiratory resonse.
