Neuropathy. Numbness, tingling, burning are all symptoms consistent with a nerve. Most likely there is a metabolic etiology to your symptoms since both hands and feet are affected. Consider seeing your local internist and begin with bloodwork. This could be caused by a neck issue but in the absence of neck problems. This is likely excluded.
