I was just wondering if using coffee after landing will correct my jetlag?

In brief: No
Jet lag is the mismatch between your internal biologic clock and the external world.
Your internal clock is set by sunlight, espeically morning and evening light as well as your body's natural sleep hormone-melatonin. Stimulants like coffee do not increase the adaptation, just treat the daytime sleepiness. Sedatives such as alcohol can worsen symptoms. Sunlight exposure & melatonin before bed help.

Caffeine in coffee acts as a stimulant, but it doesn't really do anything for jet lag except help keep you awake longer.
