Sleep problem. I understand your concern. Of course you would like to have good sleep. Lack of sleep can cause tiredness, anxiety, irritability and lack of functioning. Naps do help at times for stress and anxiety. Shivering, shaking and panic are most likely due to stress of relationships, education, work, and finances in life.
