In brief: Strawberry alllergy?

If itching involves only the skin around your lips which came in contact with strawberry juice, then this is probably just an irritant effect due to acidity in the juice.
If the itching is associated with red, elevated areas on parts of your body away from juice contact, which usually resolve within 4-6 hours, then these are hives/urticaria and you must avoid strawberries and see allergist.
