Yes, definitely see a hand specialist who can sort out quite a bit just from history & physical. Carpel tunnel often is noted in the morning and affects the thumb, index, middle fingers. Ulnar compression at the wrist would affect the small finger and half the ring finger. Compressions higher up the arm may have different (more) symptoms. May start w/ splints/injections if u have carp tun synd.
