In brief: Water and milk!

Water is the most important source of fluid intake in a mother who is breastfeeding.
In addition, milk is a good source of calcium for you (to replenish the calcium your baby is "taking" while nursing). Limit caffeinated beverages and alcohol.

I do not recommend juice, caffeine can make a baby jittery, and of dairy products, yogurts and cheeses cause less allergy than whole milk.
