In brief: Honest & supportive
Just be honest, share your happiness, but acknowledge that you know they've been trying too, be supportive, and wish them success.
Being overly optimistic may not help (especially if you don't know how long they have been trying or what they've been through - no-one wants to hear 'relax and it will just happen' or other platitudes). They are your friends and don't want you to avoid them either.

In brief: Nothing
Say nothing and wish them well in your heart.
I don't think you can change their feeling nor you should blame yourself.
