In brief: NSAID hives

Nsaid induced hives are specific to that NSAID and , unlike aerd, not to all nsaids.
If you are on Allegra (fexofenadine) when being challenged, then the test may end up as a false-negative one. The procedure is generally safe when the proper precautions. If your history is vague and asa is an essential pill for you, then a challenge to asa may be justified.

In brief: Not sure

It is possible that another exposure could make your hives worse.
Did you have any swelling of your lips when this happened? If you did i would not try this experiment.
