In brief: 8 hr is best

8 hours is what is best for a 19 year old but i know that is really hard.
If you are exhausted, sleep as much as you can to catch up on what you have missed. Let your body be your guide. Sleep deprivation over a period of time can do a lot of damage, even at a young age.
