I have silent reflux and have to take meds and I watch what I eat but, I don't want to just manage it. What are my options for a cure w/o meds?

Nissen. Reflux is usually due to a structural anomaly where the esophagus meets the stomach. To "cure" it, a procedure called a Nissen fundoplication can be considered. It's not fool-proof, but it could help where medications and lifestyle measures don't.
Small; meals. Small frequent meals helps reflux not eating within three hours of bedtime or laying down. Avoiding slow emptying foods such as cows milk (casein part) and meat might help. Carbohydrates generally empty fast from the stomach. Fatty foods, delay stomach emptying- try to avoid too much fat in your diet- even in your small meals.
