I did otosclerosis surgey in left year my hearing come back to normal about 90% but the tinnitus become louder, what could be my problem?

Progression? Unfortunately otosclerosis is a progressive disease. Classically it causes a conductive hearing loss to bony changes in the middle ear. It can also cause changes in the inner ear - cochlear otosclerosis. This can cause sensorineural hearing loss and this can increase tinnitus. I suggest you return to your ear surgeon for a post op follow up.
