In brief: Birth control pills

It's easy to alter your menses if you're taking traditional birth control pills.
Just skip the placebo/fake/sugar ones at the end of the month and immediately start a new packet the next day. Then you won't have a period that month. There are some birth control pills made specifically to decrease your periods to once every quarter or just annually. If you're not on birth control pills, no good way.
