Having grandparents native to another culture / society / nation.
Your children are still living, relating to others, learning within the american society. I'm not sure of the extent of 'taking care of' in your situation. If you mean that the majority of quality time is spent with their grandparents, then they have more influence than the real parents on growth & development. They r your kids.
