In brief: Not in all cycles

Hcg, the pregnancy hormone, can be used as a trigger to ovulation.
Structurally similar to luteinizing hormone, but longer lasting, HCG helps the follicle release the egg and switch from making estrogen to making progesterone, called luteinization. Hcg is also occasionally used to help the follicles mature.

In brief: It depends

If you are using HCG to trigger ovulatoin, then it obviously will affect your fertility.
However, if you use HCG to weight loss, it depends on the dose and frequency of use. At present time, no systematic study has been done to evaluate the effect of usage of HCG on fertility. The good news is that HCG is a hormone, they only remains in the body for shot period, so the effect is temporally.
