Immunoglobulin has a 1/2 life of 30-40 days, thus it could possibly effect the results.
But why are you getting ivig? With your diagnoses i suspect this has been tested before. Has it been positive or negative. We also have to know what test was done. Some of the central labs and others who do testing do not use immunofluorescence - an ANA by ifa and can get false negative results.
