See your doctor and have a good examination and a regular blood works as indicated.

In brief: Conjunctiva?

With anemia, the conjunctiva (the pink part seen when you pull your eyelid down) becomes pale.
A blood test would be a far more sensitive way to screen for this.

In brief: Need a blood test

Only a blood test can determine of you are anemic.
Ask your primary care provider to see if this is appropriate for you.
