In brief: Maybe yes, maybe no.

Traumatic is in the eye of the beholder. Was it horrific? Was it terrifying? Was this someone who was really close to you? Finding something unsettling/ upsetting does not necessarily lead to ptsd.
Ptsd equates to impairment and pain. There are sxs of reliving, hyperarousal and avoidance. The individual must meet very specific criteria to have ptsd. Something can be traumatic but not cause ptsd.

In brief: Yes; discuss w/ur MD

You may have it from that experience.
Or not.Ptsd can come from a variety of stressors; characterized by "flashbacks". Finding someone dead could be extremely stressful to a person. Discuss it with your doc; may need therapy to get over it/work through it; may even need meds in extreme cases. A lot depends on who you are, emotional history, relationship with deceased, events, etc.
