In brief: The answer...
...Is in the eye of the beholder. The latest diagnostic classification did away with asperger's diagnosis altogether, evaluating all social dysfunctions by how badly they interfere with living in society.

Actually, the new system is still in proposal stage. But, "mild" or high-functioning autism and Asperger's Disorder are so similar that the proposal is to do away with the separate diagnoses. As to whether you have either, that is impoissible to tell in this kind of setting. Functionally, problems and interventions would be essentially identifcal, if you have either.

In brief: ?
? Depends on what symptoms you present with.
Self diagnosing is never healthy (although most doctors are guilty of this) usually language problems are more prevalent in autism. If you have any concerns that are affecting your daily functioning, please see a psychologist who specializes in behavioral assessments.
