Do any STDs have inflamed bleeding gums as a symptom or is this from oral sex?

Usually neither. Bleeding gums are usually caused by periodontal disease, ie. Gingivitis, not stds or oral sex.
Not likely. Inflamed bleeding gums is much more likely to be gum diseases like gingivitis or periodontitis. This is easily treatable by your dentist. Oral herpes is always a consideration, but your dentist will be familiar with this and can advise you. Whatever it is, it's not normal, and should be checked as soon as possible.
