Hi, obviously i would choose that you lose weight and gain muscle as the same tim but, unfortunately, most patients can't do this it would require at least an hour of sweating exercise daily and low calorie intake simultaneously.
It is usually better to eat less and create a weight loss first and then concentrate on increased exercise after the weight loss to build muscle.Exercise some daily.
