In brief: BMT is effective!

Brain music or bmt, is a form of biofeedback which was initially used to treat attentional problems, stress, insomnia, and anxiety conditions (general and performance).
Research has demonstrated a high degree of effectiveness and the technique is low cost, and non-invasive. In most settings, individualized brainwave patterns are recorded and used as part of an overall treatment plan.

In brief: BMT is a process

In which your own brain waves are converted into music and separated into relaxing and activating modes.
You then listen to your own brain patterns to help relax or activate your mind. There are some preliminary findings suggesting it can be helpful in certain areas.
