In brief: Many things
Acne is a consideration.
However, I am also wondering if this is something you may be coming in contact with. This could involve many things. I would suggest you have a dermatologist take a look and discuss treatment options with you.

With all respect, Pepto Bismol is a diarrhea medicine. Bismuth may kill acne bacteria, but I know of no evidence that it helps acne, and there are lots of other ingredients in there that are not meant to be applied to the skin. Stick with medicines that are designed specifically to treat acne, please.
