In brief: No

Glasses or contact lenses just focus your eyes so you can see clearly.
Wearing or not wearing them generally does not affect your amount of myopia. In most people, myopia increases while you are growing, then usually levels off in your late teens or early twenties.

In brief: No

Myopia is a problem with your eye's refractive ability (specifically the lens) making you near-sighted.
Wearing corrective lenses or taking "good care" of them won't cure it. You need glasses or contacts to see well again. The corrective lenses compensate for your eye's defective refractive power.
