In brief: Acne or staph
A pimple(acne) is not infectious and in not contagious.
A boil is usually caused by staph and drainage from this will contain bacteria and is contagious. If that is what you have you should exercise good hygiene and clean any toilet seat with soap and water(assuming your zit was on your backside).

In brief: No.
Very little chance of that -- but if you're concerned and you want to be sure (and considerate), wipe off public toilet seats when you're done.
