In brief: Depends on location

The simple answer is that it depends on the location.
While this is a gross generalization: right sided cancers present with dark bloody (almost black) called melanotic stools and anemia. Ledr sides rumors typically present with a bowel obstructions.

In brief: None to many

On occasion, there will be none.
More often there can be weight loss, fatigue, bleeding, abdominal pain, nausea, change in bowel habit, feeling full shortly after eating, weight gain in the abdomen (fluid), leg swelling, shortness of breath, bone pain, bowel obstruction, jaundice, and more; can occur in isolation or together. Other conditions can cause all of the above symptoms. In doubt- cmd.
