Greetings dr's.May you please kindly help me with list of foods that have vitamin B12 or with more vitamin b-12? Thanks

All animal foods. All meats, dairy ; eggs have b12; no vegetarian foods have it unless fortified. Best sources are clams ; beef liver (only have liver if organic). Many have difficulty absorbing B12 ; are thus low even if they eat foods rich in b12; they need injections or sublingual methylcobalamin. Fish, my favorite. Wild fatty fish like alaskan salmon is my favorite, and presumably healthiest source of vitamin b12. It also contains vitamin d and amino and fatty acids. Eat it at least three times a week and you will be all set for vitamin B12 unless you have malabsorption. Read more...
