In brief: Yes
This would almost certainly be accompanied by pain.
If it is not painful and it persists, get it checked out.

You can have bleeding if you are straining during bowel movements due to constipation and is usually associated with pain.
If this persists or you develop bleeding without pain then you should see your physician.

In brief: Sure, but see MD
Painful bleeding during defecation, especially if constipated, likely is an anal fissure (tear in the lining); painless-likely internal hemorrhoid.
Recurrent problem, significant pain, fever, discomfort-see doc. Constipated, but bleeding, and passing frequent loose stool? See md, could be inflammation.
