Any infection which spreads to the brain is serious, and can lead to meningitis and potentially a brain abscess.

In brief: No

If your eardrum bursts, the infection will drain out, away from your brain.
To get to your brain, the infection would have to eat thru a bone behind the ear drum, & if the drum ruptured, all the infected material would be draining the other way.
