In brief: No
Dominique: breast cancer incidence increases the older a woman is and is very rare for women in their 20's.
Unless you have a strong family history, i would not recommend any screening tests. However, any palpable lump in the breast or new symptom (nipple discharge, persistent pain, skin change, etc) should be evaluated by a physician.

In brief: No, unless....
You dont have to worry about breast cancer unless you have a strong family history of cancers- esp with ovarian and breast cancers; or other kind cancers in more than 2-3 family members.
If you do have a strong family history of ovarian and breast cancer you need to know whether any of the affected family members carries a brca 1/2 mutation. If yes, discuss with md regarding your risk/prevention.

In brief: Educate yourself
Worrying does no good.
Breast cancer at 23 is very rare. You should educate yourself about your family history, and discuss it with your doctor. In general, maintaing healthy weight, exercise, not using tobacco and alcohol are good preventive measure.
