What is the best painkiller/anti-inflammation medication for plantar fasciitis? I have tried decolfenac, celebrex (celecoxib) and paracetamol and it don't work
None. These meds will have little benefit. You are better treated with arch supports and specific exercises.
Pain killer. It could be that you need more than just a pain killer . See your podiatrist for the appropriate help .

Yes, one can... Both are pain relievers. They work by different mechanisms, different cautions. Celebrex (celecoxib) is a variant of nsaid, with somewhat less inflammation of GI tract can still affect kidney function, bp, esp w/ longtime use (which also can increase cv risk). Paracetamol risk with liver (careful w/ alcohol intake). Stagger doses ( not both at same time). Need to stretch, daily, a lot. . Read more...
