For almost a year now I been somewhat depressed, very sad and had awful stomach and bowel problems. I get nauseous and tired a lot.

Include exercising, engaging in social interaction ; engrossing activities, practicing gratitude, doing kind things for others, learning and practicing stress management, developing and committing to meaningful goals, avoiding negative thinking ; negative comparisons with others, and talking to empathic ; trusted people. Talk to your doctor first to rule out medical conditions.
