Possible if it the result of a bleed in your head due to the too high blood pressure.

I agree with Dr. Raff and Dr. Hossain. My answer (that high blood pressure doesn't cause fainting) is intended to address the 98% of cases. But extremely high blood pressure can cause encephalopathy (confusion) & hemorrhagic stroke (bleeding) with loss of consciousness.
