3 doctors agree
In brief: Very small
And with difficulty breathing, at least.
She would also be at high risk for many other problems.

There is quite a variation in the type of symptoms having a premature baby at 32 weeks. They could have breathing problems but some do not. they can have minimal problems and only need good nutrition. Some have jaundice,,be prone to infection, slow heart rate and many other complications. It is very unpredictable. But with good neonatal care the outcome is usually good.

Pediatrics
In brief: Formed but in troubl
Most of his/her body would be formed except for finish work in the lungs and weight gain.
S/he would have a 70% or more risk of respiratory distress from the immature lungs and likely spend 2 weeks in an NICU on oxygen, antibiotics and IV fluids. If you have early labor, it is no time to give up and have baby.Docs can often stop early labor & give baby a better chance.

In brief: Small
Thanks to advance science and technology , a lot of premature babies are surviving.
Some are just born small, some may have multiple health issues. Of course best to bring them close to term.
