I am having numbnes on my forearm and pain in my wrist?

Little confusng. Usually the numbness in the forearm most likely due local pinch nerve in the forearm or above that and that will cause also pain in the wrist. Check it out. Good luck thank you.
Carpal tunnel. Commonest cause is carpal tunnel syndrome in which the median nerve gets compressed in the wrist resulting in local pain. Numbness usually involves the hand but can involve the forearm. Two other common possibilities: 1) wrist fractures, 2) ulnar nerve compression at the wrist.
