What are some nighttime sleep aids that help?

Not sure if you are. Only referring to medication by the term "aids". Melatonin can be purchased over the counter ; can be quite effective. Valerian root ; chamomile are also used for this purpose. Sleep hygiene is very important. Retire ; rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark ; cool ; use only for sex ; sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs ; no alcohol.
