Is burnout real? Describe please.

Yes..common and real. Evryone has a breaking point...Some are able to handle stress better than others, but human have limitations...Burnout has many symptoms: irritable, fatigue, insomnia, depression, feeling overwhelmed/depleted/detached/cynical, low self-esteem, making errors, lost sense of humor, not smiling as usual, lower sex drive, short-fuse etc...And many many more... Consult your doc/therapist... Good luck.
