Breathing problems. Do you have asthma? why are you on albuterol? Are you obese or have obstructive sleep apnea? why do you have to sleep on so many pillows? Why are you on a cough suppressant but no cough or cold listed under "conditions"? How is your anxiety being managed? you don't appear to be on meds for this. Can your trouble be due to anxiety? I have 24/7 headache in forehead. Dr said tension. MRI was clean. I sleep with fan in my face all night. Could it be the cause or making worse?

Persistent headache . Does it occur in cold weather too? Does it go away with tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen? Do you have stuffy nose or nasal allergies? Is your B/P ok, did have an eye exam lately? I don't think the fan has anything to do with it. I get a headache whenever I am taking a nap and someone or something wakes me abruptly from my sleep. Pain is unilateral around 1 eye may or may not be short lived. I have to sleep. What causes this?

Muscle contraction. Sudden awakening may cause abrupt contraction and tension in the forehead musculature resulting in a headache which may be dull rather than sharp and shooting.
