What can cause repeated vomiting in a 20 yr old female with no diarrhea or fever and otherwise typically healthy ..On and off 4 days no pregnant or meds?

In brief: Suspect UGI tract

Some possibilities include acute gastritis (inflammation of stomach wall), gall bladder disease, pancreatitis; also something causing increase pressure in the brain may cause vomiting.
But a twenty y/o gal, probably too much booze, and/or spicy food, and/or fried foods (like a po-boy). Drink clear fluids, ginger ale, clear soups. If it goes on for a week, see the doc...
