I'm 5 weeks pregnant by ivf. My breasts were tender, but now they are normal. Do symptoms come and go? Are ivfers more prone to miscarry?

In brief: Yes and Maybe

Pregnancy symptoms like breast tenderness or nausea can change over time, and symptoms can decrease but the pregnancy is still healthy.
Miscarriage risk may be increased depending on your age (higher risk in older women) and the reason for ivf. Diminished ovarian reserve (low egg supply) increases the risk of miscarriage at any age, compared with tubal problems/ male factor. Follow up with your md.
