Unfortunately exercise is of no help to get the skin to shrink back up.
Whether or not it shrinks is dependent on your age and the amount of weight you have to lose as well as the quality of your skin. In a young person a compression type garment may help the skin shrink up some but the amount of shrinking is limited.

Exercises cannot change degree of skin laxity.
It can improve muscle tone which in some cases can help support the overlying skin but the effect is not particularly noticeable in the case of massive weight loss.

That is a great question with very few good answers.
It is nearly impossible to get skin to shrink more than it will on it's own. Despite all the lotions, potions, and creams that make these claims, we do not have a way to definitively make or encourage skin to shrink through exercise.
