Is missed periods, frequent urination, and back pain signs of something very serious going on? Could it be a thyroid problem?

In brief: Could be serious

Does'nt sound much like thyroid.
Could be kidney infection, kidney stone, diabetes, hormonal changes, electrolyte issues. Get seen by a doctor.

In brief: Possibly

Missed periods can occur for a wide range of reasons, including stress, acute illness, low or high thyroid, polycystic ovaries, hormone irregularity and of course pregnancy, among other things.
Frequent urination is usually a sign of a urinary tract infection, overactive bladder or diabetes. Back pain can be muscular or internal in origin. Other symptoms as well as blood/urine tests would help.
