Deafness and numb cheek after 2 hour flight, what is wrong?

2 separate problems. Hearing loss after a flight can be related to eustachian tube obstruction leading to fluid or even blood in the middle ear. Very rarely, barotrauma secondary to inability to equalize pressure on descent can lead to a perilymph fistula. Numbness of the cheek, if present, may be related to some dysfunction of the trigeminal nerve and is in no way related to the hearing. See and ENT doctor.
