Having lots of wisdom tooth pain and it feels sore to open mouth. Why is this?

It could be . Erupting. It may be impacted. If it is partially erupted you could have pericoronitis (infection). I would encourage you to see your dentist soon to have this evaluated.
Pericoronitis. Probably pericoronitis or inflammation of the tissue around the crown of the wisdom tooth. See an oral surgeon you may need the teeth removed.
