In brief: Bladder to urethra
Lots of things can cause slow urine.
Your urologist will evaluate you from urethra to bladde to make sure nothing is blocking and either suggest surgery or medicines to help you. Sometimes there's nothing to do!

In brief: Blockage
This may be a normal finding but if the symptoms are new or bothersome, a cystoscopy is needed to evaluate for blockage.
The blockage of urine may be from bladder stones, scarring of the opening of the bladder, or scarring in the penis (stricture).
