In brief: Call dentist

Place a moistened (in water- not hot) tea bag (black tea not herbal or green tea) on the extraction site, hold it there or bite on it with pressure for 20 to 30 minutes.
If the bleeding is significantly slowed but still slightly bleeding, re-apply with a new tea bag for 20 to 30 minutes. If unsuccessful, see your dentist immediately.
