Please tell me if I should use a paste of baking soda/water or a paste of baking soda/listerine(mouthwash)?

In brief: Just Listerine/Scope

Start with listerine, scope, or store bought brand oral rinses.
They are designed to do more than just baking soda, and are non-abrasive. Baking soda will change the ph of your mouth to a more basic level. That's not bad mind you, bacteria hate alkaline environments, but maybe use it after the rinse that has some alcohol in it. Alcohol pierces the membranes of bacteria, killing them. Combo?
